In thermo-regulated stainless steel tanks

Tasting notes
Color: Shiny gold. Fine bubbles
Nose: Vegetal, balsamic and animal, empyreumatic, woody
Palate: Refreshing attack dominated by its tannic character which structures and gives length to the product

During a meal: Perfectly accompanies white meats, poultry and grilled meats, but also salads, cheese, fish and seafood.
